FallinsPro is operated by Abraham Garcia ("FallinsPro", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here, which means we decide how and why it is used. This notice explains what we collect when you use the FallinsPro AI game builder, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

1. Personal data we collect

  • Account data — email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), display name, and the sign-in provider you use (email, Google or Apple, including Apple's Hide My Email relay address).
  • Project data — the games you create: prompts you write, generated and edited code, uploaded images and assets, artwork you draw, gameplay settings, saved versions and publishing status.
  • Usage and telemetry — pages and features used, AI generation history, errors and diagnostic logs, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and IP address.
  • Support messages — the content of emails or messages you send us.
  • Billing records — plan and subscription status, transaction identifiers, amounts, currency and receipt links returned to us by Paddle. We never see or store your full card number.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • Creating and running your account, and providing the builder, editor, preview, storage and publishing features — performance of our contract with you.
  • Processing prompts and code through our AI provider to generate and revise games — performance of our contract with you.
  • Managing plans, entitlements and billing records — performance of our contract and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting).
  • Security, abuse and fraud prevention, and content moderation — our legitimate interests in protecting users and the Service, and legal obligations.
  • Fixing faults and improving the product — our legitimate interests in a reliable service.
  • Customer support — performance of our contract and our legitimate interests.
  • Advertising and marketing messages — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Your projects are private by default

Games you build are visible only to you unless you publish them. When you publish, the playable page and the title you chose become publicly accessible; your account email and unpublished projects are not exposed.

4. Who we share data with

  • Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, file storage, authentication, email delivery, error monitoring and AI model providers, acting on our instructions.
  • Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for the sale of our plans. Paddle handles checkout, payments, subscription management, invoicing, tax compliance and refunds, and acts as its own controller for that payment data.
  • Google AdSense — where advertising is shown, Google may set cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. You can manage this at Google Ads Settings.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where needed.
  • Authorities — where we are required to disclose by law, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep it

Account and project data is kept while your account is open. If you delete your account we remove your projects and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep longer for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons (billing records are generally kept for seven years). Diagnostic logs are kept for up to 90 days. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and — for UK and EEA residents — complain to your data protection supervisory authority. California residents may request details of data collected and disclosed and may opt out of any sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. Email support@fallinspro.dev and we will respond within one month.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level database access rules so only you can reach your own projects, and server-side handling of all secrets and API keys. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We separate cookies into essential, analytics and advertising choices. Where consent is required, optional analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them. If we cannot confirm your region, we treat it as a consent region and show the cookie banner.

  • Essential — to keep you signed in, secure your session, remember your cookie choice, support checkout, save workspace preferences and run the core builder. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics — optional cookies used to understand feature usage, reliability and errors so we can improve FallinsPro.
  • Advertising — optional cookies used by Google AdSense to show and measure ads, including rewarded ads inside games.

The banner and Cookie settings panel record which visitor accepted or rejected optional cookies, when the choice was made, the notice version shown and the purposes and recipients listed above. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. We apply the new choice immediately for browser and server reporting. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies will stop you signing in.

10. Children

FallinsPro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
